In this role you will:
•    Ensure new starters are set up correctly in the Dayforce system, including processing new starter forms and verifying all information.
•    Gather and consolidate hours worked for all employees to ensure accurate payroll processing.
•    Terminate employees in the system, ensuring final payments are calculated and processed with accuracy. 
•    Process job changes for employees, ensuring records are updated, and adjustments to pay are calculated and processed accurately.
•    Administer statements of payment to employees in a timely manner.
•    Address payroll enquiries promptly and professionally, providing clear and accurate information.
•    Produce reports and conduct data analysis to support monthly payroll sign-off and provide insights on an ad hoc basis.
•    Identify and implement continual improvements to streamline payroll processes and enhance efficiency.
•    Accurately process company sick pay in accordance with policy and regulations.

About you:

•    Attention to detail – operating with exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of your role.
•    Excellent communication –pro-actively communicating with colleagues throughout the business, both verbally and in writing.
•    Organised – able to simultaneously track and progress multiple payroll accounts, tasks and queries.
•    Team player – work as part of a team, supporting one another to ensure our customers receive a fantastic service. 
•    Analytical – possessing a keen eye for detail, regularly validating your own work and the work of your colleagues.
•    Payroll experience – proven payroll experience.
