People Advisor – FTC 6 Months
Milton Keynes
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 DOE
Your Working Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week
Do you have experience in a fast-paced HR environment? Scania Financial Services are looking for a proactive individual to fulfil the exciting position of People Advisor. on a 6-month FTC. The People Advisor is responsible for supporting all aspects of employee relations – ensuring fair and equitable processes and procedures are adhered to within the people department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing commercially focussed advice and support to managers on complex employee relations issues
• With the support of the People Business Partner, provide advice, guidance and support on change programmes such as restructures, changes to terms and conditions of employment, ensuring that changes are effectively introduced, are legally compliant and the need for change is well communicated
• Building organisational competence and engagement
• Working to improve the efficiency of the HR function
• Support the delivery of Key projects.
• Supporting managers in the use of people and culture systems and processes

• Ability to work in an agile way, moving between different topics quickly and effectively
• Ability to build positive working relationships across the business
