In this role you will:
• Manage all administrative tasks related to the end-to-end sales process of buses and coaches.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates on vehicle progress.
• Generate purchase orders, process invoices and follow up to confirm timely payments.
• Maintain and update vehicle stock records, ensuring registration aligns with scheduled deliveries.
• Coordinate with workshop teams to relay relevant information and confirm that required repairs and preparations are completed.
• Prepare and complete all necessary handover documentation to support sales managers in delivering a seamless customer experience for new vehicle acquisitions.

• Organised – able to track and progress multiple orders simultaneously, throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Diligent – accurately carry out a broad range of administrative duties.
• Team player – working as part of a team, supporting one another to ensure our customers receive a fantastic service.
