Life on the tools

The role will require you to compete tasks including but not limited to:

  • Repair & maintenance, mechanical diagnostics and service of vehicles and equipment
  • Complete engine, clutch, gear box and other component re-builds
  • Promote and fostering a safe work environment

About you

  • You will have a relevant Level 4 qualification (e.g. a level 4 Heavy Automotive Engineering qualification) or at least 5 years of experience at a comparable multi-national company
  • You will need to take pride in quality workmanship and doing things right. Our quality standards and Scania values mean everything to us, they will mean everything to you, too.
  • You will need to thrive on ensuring customer satisfaction through your work and how you support your team – happy customers’ means happy you!
  • It would be highly desirable if you have a forklift licence or completed an apprenticeship (these are not mandatory requirements).
