What you will do

You will integrate as a key member of our dynamic Customer Service Team, through developing strong customer relationships, you will ensure their needs and expectations are achieved throughout their Scania experience.  
As the face of Scania, you will be first point of contact, welcoming our customers (face to face, phone or email)
Through excellent communication, you will set the expectations, guiding and updating our customers through the service process

 


Who you are

  • Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with good computer skills
  • Effective problem solving, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration
  • Ability to think on your feet and show initiative
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the automotive industry (preferred)
