The Role
Scania is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contracts Management and Sales Support to join our dynamic Bus & Coach Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless contract administration, supporting sales growth, and delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. This role will be based at our Preston’s Branch.
What will you do
To be successful as a Sales and Contracts Operations Partner, you will;
- Manage contract performance and deliverables for assigned contracts.
- Provide national support for Government and Major Account tender responses.
- Conduct periodic customer visits to Southern NSW regional operators to promote sales.
- Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute client requirements and deliverables efficiently.
- Support and track bus deliveries, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve contract-related issues to ensure smooth service execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in contract administration and service efficiency.
- Represent Scania at industry exhibitions and conferences as a brand ambassador.

About You
- Bus industry environment experience.
- Experience in contract administration, sales support, or customer service.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proactive, solution-focused, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable with travel and engaging with regional clients.
- Familiarity with transport or automotive industry is a plus.
