Introduction

We at Vehicle Service Information (EYS) are passionate about Uptime and Serviceability, as well as allowing our workshops to be best in class in supporting our customers when they come in for a workshop visit.

 

On a daily basis, 16,000 Mechanics maintain, troubleshoot and repair Scania vehicles and engines worldwide, so it is very important to quickly find the right information in order to get the customer back on the road again.

Your Assignment

You will lead a group of 12 highly committed employees in the daily operations. The team consists of Spare part Editors that in their turn are responsible for the different areas of the Scania products.

 

In order to secure the deliveries with good quality, you as a manager need to empower and guide your team to good planning, follow-up and quality review. You and your team, are working in many different projects throughout the development process, from the Development phase to Product Follow-up.

 

As a group manager at EYSRP, you are part of the EYSR management team and we look forward to your contribution to the development of the entire section and department. Our way of working  is permeated by openness, dialogue and a willingness to help each other in order to succeed together.

Your profile

We are looking for you who has a great commitment to lead the development of both personnel and operations. You have a positive attitude and find it engaging with many contact points. In your work, you will have extensive cross-functional collaboration where communication and collaboration skills are important.

 

The role require that you have good analytical skills, great self-motivation and good judgement. You want to understand the bigger picture in order to create clarity for your team to be able to act accordingly. Through your leadership, you coach, develop and inspire your team and make them grow. As a leader, you are present and responsive, and have a good dialogue with your employees and managerial colleagues.



A background in working within Service market and/or the automotive industry is a merit but not a requirement.  OAS experience is also considered as an merit.
