About the role

In your role you will be responsible for verifying our systems for the Traton brands and external customers.  GMS (Gearbox Management System), which controls both electrified as well as conventional powertrains is our main test object,

 

Leading a team of 10 test developers in an agile environment based on SAFE, you will oversee their participation in several cross-brand Value Creation Teams (VCT). Shaping the operation of your group, you will significantly impact the development and way-of-working within your area. 

 

Your team will frequently interact with our brands and external customers. While most of the work is conducted at our home location, occasional travel to and work on customer sites will be required.

We are looking for you who are an experienced leader and have knowledge in testing of software. Interest in vehicles and more specific knowledge of the powertrain components are an advantage.

 

We think you have a relevant university degree or equivalent work experience. You communicate excellent in English in speech and writing and have basic knowledge in Swedish or will be a quick learner.
