Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for someone who is passionate about agile working methods, loves development and enjoys the challenge of getting people and technology to function as a team to achieve optimal results.
We currently have many challenging and interesting initiatives ongoing such as:

• Replacing the existing CAD/PLM platform with a new one that supports us in having a digital thread/digital twin and being more data driven.
• Integration of brands within the TRATON group (SCANIA/MAN/VW truck & bus/International) to a common way of working with CAD/PLM.
• Setting up the process and IT solutions for supporting our business in China.

Who you are

We are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer! Scania uses the Dassault Systemes application portfolio, prior experience of the platform is a prerequisite. You need to be proficient in written and spoken English, since it’s our corporate language.

We expect that you have:

• 5+ years of experience of 3DExperience/Dassault Systemes platform.
• Good knowledge in GitLab/Jenkins/Perforce
• Good knowledge in CI/CD
• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux system administration.
• Good knowledge of Java Technologies including Tomcat/JSP
• Knowledge of Oracle databases
• Experience from Exalead/Impala is meritorious.

This Is Us

You will join a DevOps team that works with development and support for R&D within Scania and the Traton Group. We work close to our customers and are involved in the entire system development process, from concept development to implementation and production. The team is responsible for implementing and maintaining of current and future IT services. You will play a central role in our DevOps team and will have many contacts around the Scania organisation. You will be involved in requirements, development, testing and release management.
