Assistant to Head of Scania Financial Services

Scania is undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to become supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions. In this transformation, Scania Financial Services will play an important role.

 

Scania Financial Services, part of the TRATON Financial Services Group, is serving Scania customers, dealers and distributors in more than 60 markets through 22 business units by offering financing and insurance solutions.

Our team consists of approximately 1.200 dedicated professionals around the world and together we manage a portfolio of 200.000 vehicles representing 160 BSEK of assets. We have also built up an insurance portfolio of approximately 100.000 policies.

If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the Assistant position supporting Head of Scania Financial Services, Peter Ahlstedt.

 

Key responsibilities and tasks:

  • Comprehensive support to Head of Scania Financial Services,
  • Calendar management, travel arrangements, events and meeting organisation,
  • Being an invaluable part of Financial Services management team, as well as a point of contact for our Regional Directors and Managing Directors in our BUs,
  • Contributing to the office improvement group work,
  • Close cooperation with Scania Commercial Operations and TRATON FS assistants.

 

How to succeed in this role:

  • Your background includes significant experience as a managerial assistant, where you consistently have delivered services of exceptional quality,
  • You are fluent in English and Swedish is essential; additional languages are a merit,
  • You are a self-going and highly motivated team player, with the ability to make things happen and drive initiatives independently,
  • You handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity,
  • You have exceptional organizational skills, with flexibility and creativity.
