Role Summary
Scania Procurement plays a key role within the company, operating under the Group Production, Procurement, and Logistics division.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support Head of Strategy and Procurement Excellence. Job Responsibilities

  •         Provide high-level administrative support, managing schedules, meetings and correspondence.
  •          Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports and meeting logistics.
  •          Prepare reports, presentations, and procurement-related documentation.
  •          Act as a liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders and suppliers.
  •          Support with operational tasks within the department, i.e. JIRA dashboard maintenance.
  •          Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business matters.
  •          Assist in coordination and procurement department initiatives by being an active member of both the Management team and the Procurement Assistant team.

 

Who You Are

  •          Proven experience as an Assistant, Secretary, or similar role in a business function.
  •          Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
  •          Excellent written and verbal communication in Swedish and English, where English is a must.
  •          Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and other business tools. Knowledge of Co-pilot is plus.
  •          Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion.
