Responsibilities

In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting group managers within IA Sales & Services, making sure the organization runs smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Streamlining administrative work: Assist in executing and challenging current processes to minimize administrative tasks as much as possible.
  • Event organization: Plan and manage workshops, team-building activities, and other engagement events.
  • Communication support: Create and advise on content/communication for the department and serve as a point of contact.
  • Department meetings: Help prepare for and attend department meetings to ensure smooth operations.
  • Networking: Collaborate with other assistants within Scania IT to share best practices and enhance communication across teams.
  • General administrative tasks: Provide administrative support to group managers, including booking travel, managing building access, and other ad-hoc duties.
  • Own projects: You will have the opportunity to lead projects that you are passionate about—we welcome your ideas!
