In our mission to develop and improve a clear Product Development Process that integrates all brands, sites and cultures, promoting efficiency, synergy, and innovation, your task will include to calmly, clearly, and effectively ensure that the muscles of the PD Process are working together in the same sport, according to the same rules but utilizing each player's strengths and skills.
We are looking for a candidate who has worked with complex process development or on an operational level within any area of the PD process and understands how crucial the relatability of it is. It will require strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability ensure your customer feels heard.
Job Responsibilities
Your role and scope may vary over time according to the needs of the process and the team, but the initial main responsibilities are:
- Be part of an inclusive team focusing on the Product Development Process for all our colleagues and customers across TRATON.
- Manage and maintain governance and communication channels connected to our PD Process, with stakeholders and participants from all functional areas on operational as well as executive levels.
- Ensure clear and transparent communication of status and decisions to colleagues and stakeholders

- You are comfortable with your ability to consider high-level strategic connections, read the room, and identify blocking points through discussions, enabling the specifics to progress step by step.
- You enjoy the challenges of a diverse collaboration where we use the strengths throughout TRATON with our various approaches.
You have relevant education from University as well as thorough working experience from Scania PD Process and preferably working within or directly connected with the TRATON group. Communicating on all corporate levels and being comfortable conducting management meetings and presenting complex issues in front of others is mandatory. You are fluent in English and Swedish or German is meriting.

We are a department with a big responsibility, to ensure that the Product Development Process (PDP) is reliable and available for all. We are responsible for the PDP of Scania, we are also driving the evolvement journey of the common PDP for TRATON.
Together we support each other in large and small, utilizing our different backgrounds and experiences to build knowledge continuously. We are each other's work environment and laugh together, and navigate our way forward together.
