ENT - Propulsion Development is in an intensive phase with several ongoing electrification projects that will ensure that Scania as well as cross brands within the TRATON group has world-leading powertrains solutions. 
Do you want to join and help ENT - Propulsion Development to evaluate and improve our business processes and strategies? To meet this exciting future, we are now looking for a business developer! 
 

Your work assigments

As part of our team you will be a business process owner and will play a crucial role in shaping the future by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders as well as cross brands within the TRATON group. 
As a business developer, you have a central role in the work within ENT to analyze, evaluate and improve our organization's processes and Way of working to ensure that the organization works smoothly and efficiently. 
You have to be able to communicate changes and new strategies to management and employees within the organization so that the changes can be implemented well. 
 

Your profile

We believe that your expertise either in automotive industry or a background in leadership will be instrumental in analyzing needs, handle change activities and/or strategic deployment of initiatives. As an initiator and driver, your focus will be achieving impactful results and meeting deadlines. Experience in cross-functional collaboration and a university degree are beneficial.
We particularly value that you have a personal drive, a desire to make a difference, a development-oriented approach and a good ability to work in a structured manner. 
You are independent in your daily work, can engage yourself in details and have the ability to understand the whole, and work actively to achieve agreed goals. 
Besides, you have good cooperation skills and like to create and maintain a big network of contacts. As information and communication is an essential part of the role, a good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing is required, both in Swedish and English.
