Business Developer

Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Developer to join our Business Development team and drive initiatives that support long-term growth, innovation, and business performance. In this role, you will work across strategic and operational topics, ranging from business transformation and process improvements to future business models and market opportunities. You will lead strategic projects, support management decision-making, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to gain high exposure to senior leadership while contributing to the future direction of the business.

Job Responsibilities

· Lead and drive strategic business development initiatives within People Transport Solutions.

· Manage cross-functional projects from idea generation through implementation and follow-up.

· Support the development, execution, and maintenance of business strategies together with the management team.

· Analyze trends, customer needs, and future developments within the people transport ecosystem to identify new opportunities.

· Drive innovation, process improvements, culture development initiatives, and new ways of working that strengthen business performance.
