Job Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sales projects, programs, and partnership initiatives from prospecting to offer design, complex sales, customer negotiations, closures, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with E-Mobility Sales Directors, Solution Sales Managers, Strategic Account teams, Business Units, Dealers, and technical teams.
- Drive long-term Scania Pilot Partner case prospecting, offer design, negotiations, commercial setup, and communication.
- Manage industry, partnership, and customer relations throughout the project life cycle with key stakeholders and internal management.
- Develop and validate new commercial initiatives, projects, and concepts related to strategic segmenting, future sales volume, or business models.
Who You Are
We are looking for a driven and curious self-starter who enjoys working with both technology and business development in a fast-paced environment. You should have an open mind and a passion for building innovative solutions. Experience in B2B negotiations, partnership sales, and commercialization of solutions through global dealer networks is highly valued.
- A commercial and/or technical university degree.
- High proficiency in English.
- Leadership experience is beneficial.
- Enjoys a mix of hands-on tasks and long-term business strategies.
- Willingness to travel.
