Role Summary
You will play a key role in supporting the Global Compensation & Benefits Manager in delivering C&B operational excellence across TRATON Financial Services. The position contributes to our global C&B strategy and supports the scalability of our processes as the organization grows.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in executing global C&B annual cycles such as salary reviews and bonus processes
- Prepare bonus letters, templates, and payroll inputs in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy, documentation, and compliance
- Support Mercer IPE-based job evaluation processes (documentation and coordination)
- Maintain up-to-date records for audit readiness and data transparency
- Help drive improvements to C&B tools, trackers, and dashboards
Who you are
You have a bachelor degree within the relevant areas (HR, Finance, Business Administration, Economic) and a previous experience in compensation and benefits.
As a person, you have an analytical profile and attention to detail.
Strong data and documentation skills.
You have a good understanding of MS Excel - other systems and tools (such as Power BI) are +
Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies (points based system: such as Mercer or Hay).
English mandatory - Swedish is advantage.
