Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist who wants to work strategically and operationally with compensation matters, salary processes, and benefits strategies. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing competitive compensation solutions to attract and retain talent within the organization.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Salary Review & Compensation Strategy – Plan and execute salary reviews and analyze compensation levels.
  • Benefits Strategy & Benchmarking – Evaluate and develop benefits programs based on market best practices.
  • Union Relations & Collective Agreements – Participate in negotiations and ensure compensation packages comply with current agreements and regulations.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Analyze compensation data, salary trends, and benefits packages to support strategic decisions.
  • HR Systems & Process Improvement – Ensure efficient systems and processes within Compensation & Benefits.

 

 

Who You Are

  • Has at least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Is experienced in working with salary reviews and union negotiations.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills and experience working with HR data and benchmarking.
  • Has experience with collective agreements and labor law issues related to compensation.
  • Has worked with Teknikavtalet or has knowledge of industry-specific agreements.
  • Is a team player with strong communication skills and a business-oriented mindset.
