Together with TRATON and our sister brands MAN, Volkswagen Truck & Bus, and International, we are working to shape the future of mobility with innovative and environmentally conscious solutions.

Our values – customer first, respect, team spirit, responsibility, and elimination of waste – are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we are at the forefront of creating a sustainable future.

This Is Us

Are you passionate about Compensation & Benefits and eager to shape competitive and sustainable reward strategies? Do you want to work closely with one of Scania’s largest business areas, Production & Logistics (P&L), while also collaborating with Scania’s Corporate Compensation & Benefits team? If so, this is your opportunity to drive both strategic and operational initiatives that attract and retain top talent in a dynamic industry.

At Scania, we believe that fair, transparent, and forward-thinking compensation and benefits are essential for building an engaged and high-performing workforce. Who You Are

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Compensation & Benefits professional who can balance data-driven insights with business needs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable leading initiatives, and have a strong ability to translate strategy into action. You bring:

  • Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a specialist or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of collective agreements, labor law, and union negotiations.
