The role includes line management responsibility for one team member and offers a business-close position within an international team of approximately 10 people. You will report to the Head of Compliance / Chief Compliance Officer.

The role is based in Stockholm/Södertälje, with flexibility and some travel required. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, close to the business, but with a strategic global scope.

AI, Data & Emerging Digital Regulation:

  • Develop and implement compliance frameworks aligned with the EU AI Act and EU Data Act.
  • Embed responsible AI governance and ensure compliance with data sharing and portability requirements.
  • Monitor new and evolving EU digital regulations and assess their business impact.

Competition & Regulatory Watch:

  • Guide on antitrust and competition law, engaging with TRATON-wide platforms and experts.
  • Track and report on legal and regulatory developments.

Strategic Advisory & Governance:

  • Act as deputy to the Chief Compliance Officer when needed.
  • Provide compliance advice on regulatory implications of future projects.
  • Scale local initiatives into global best practices.
  • Lead training, awareness, and governance reporting efforts.

Who You Are

You are a driven and structured professional who can manage complex regulatory frameworks and translate them into actionable strategies across an international organization. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and enjoy building strong relationships with stakeholders across functions.
