At Scania Academy we are transforming the learning landscape for all our employees. Our Digital Production and Supplier Management group is responsible for maintaining and developing a portfolio of digital tools and methods. Our job is to create user-centric online trainings that are more than just digital substitute. Our team also manages supplier relations, including partnerships and contracts with current and potential suppliers delivering educational programs. We support the Scania organization in the digital transformation, where the learning happens in every organization, group and employee.  

The role is a temporary position from spring 2025 until summer 2026. 

Role Summary

As a Digital Learning Producer, you will collaborate closely with others to plan and produce digital learning content.  

Your tasks will include: 

Learning design, scriptwriting, production using various authoring tools, film, and sound recording 

Quality assurance, evaluation, and follow-up on digital learning  

Project management, requiring you to plan and estimate the time for your production in collaboration with a Learning Consultant. 

Updating digital learning material and coordinating translations 

Promoting the use of learning methods and digital tools 

Enabling stakeholders by coaching them to use digital tools and methods independently 

Most importantly, as a Digital Learning Producer, your aim is to make a difference in the competence journey by producing modern and user friendly learning modules with motivating content that reaches out and engages.

Your profile

As a Digital Learning Producer, your key qualities include adaptability, enthusiasm, and a strong passion for creating engaging learning solutions. You thrive on producing high-quality learning modules and have extensive experience working with Articulate Storyline/Rise and Adobe Creative Suite. You are humble, openminded and have a supportive mindset. 

We believe you have a strong interest, relevant work experience, and an educational background in developing content across various formats. Your passion lies in designing pedagogically sound learning modules, ensuring not only high-quality development and production but also a clear and impactful message. 

You are fluent in Swedish and English in both speaking and writing.
