Domain Assistant

Role Summary

You will have a key role as trusted partner supporting Bo Andrén, Global Domain Head Thermal & SW and the entire team. You will also have an important role as domain coordinator by planning, organizing and following up on Domain- and other meetings and related activities. 

Job Responsibilities

In this role you will:

• Manage a busy calendar, make travel arrangements, handle invoices and travel expenses and more
• Lead the department team of assistants, responsible for the department’s administrative support: onboarding new staff, keeping our site up and running, continuously improving our way of working, etc
• Prepare and follow up on meetings, agendas and presentations.
• Participate in management team meetings, be responsible for yearly planning and coordination.
• Support the Domain strategy and the team in defined projects and deliveries.
• Take responsibility for planning, organizing, and coordinating Domain-meetings and making sure presentation material is available and archived, as well as supporting with meeting minutes.

This Is Us

The global domain Thermal & SW is responsible for within Traton R&D in delivering validates Thermal solutions for all our vehicles.  Battery Electric Vehicles and as well Internal Combustion Engine vehicles. The SW area of the domain is responsible for 2 major SW systems EMU (Electrical Management Unit) and BMS (Battery Management System). We work in a climate where collaboration is key, opinions and knowledge are openly shared within the team and where we support and challenge each other to continuously improve and develop. Our Domain is globally spread in all our sites. India, Germany, Sweden, Mexico, US and Brazil i.e the Domain has a broad global Traton R&D context
