Embedded Software Developer - Scrum Master and Developer
VCT Powertrain Control System is dedicated to developing products offering premium drivability and high-quality performance by integrating all actuators. We tackle complex physical hardware phenomena by creating software that delivers a powerful and smooth powertrain while preserving the hardware.
Role Overview
We are seeking a new team member for gear change control who is passionate about software development and eager to utilize their leadership skills. Whether you have experience as a Scrum master or are looking to step into a team-leading role for the first time, we welcome your application.
Key Responsibilities
· Help the team to be high performance, that deliver with quality and on time
· Engage in vehicle testing as part of a team that generates ideas, develops, and tests them within short iterations
· Think outside the box to find solutions, and formulate requirements that meet customer needs
· Work on safety concepts for various situations, both with and without a driver, to comply with the ISO26262 standard.
Your Profile:
· Engineer with a background in software, mechatronics, or electrical systems development.
· Experience in embedded systems within the automotive industry or several years in a similar field is advantageous.
· Competence in Matlab/Simulink and C or Python
