Fullstack Developer to Erinion
Are you passionate about making a sustainable impact in the world of electric transport? Do you thrive in an innovative and entrepreneurial environment? Then you might be the new Fullstack Developer for Erinion!
About Erinion
Erinion designs, builds and operates depot and destination charging solutions for heavy-duty vehicles. As part of Scania and the TRATON Group, we combine the strength of a global transport leader with the agility of a fast-growing company. Our approach focuses on energy efficiency and optimal utilisation, ensuring that electrification is not only sustainable but also financially and commercially viable for our customers. We support different ways of financing, owning and operating charging sites, so that each customer can find the model that best fits their business. With operations across eight European markets and global expansion underway, we enable transport operators to electrify their fleets with confidence and long-term profitability.
Your role
As a Fullstack Developer, you will work across two closely related areas: internal tooling that powers our commercial and operational teams and strategic account integrations for Erinion Connect, our cloud-native smart charging solution. On the integration side, you will design and build the middleware and CMS adaptations needed to enable Erinion Connect to seamlessly work with the enterprise systems our largest customers run. On the internal tools side, you will own the development of web-based applications that replace manual workflows and unlocks new possibilities to more efficiently sell and operate our solutions and with significant impact on sales, pre-sales and operations teams. Overall, this provides an excellent opportunity to be part of a small, fast-moving team focused on bringing business value to the market.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics and Applied AI teams, as well as a strategic technology partner, you will design and deliver scalable services – covering backend and frontend, integrations and cloud-native solutions that support Erinion's growth.
We're looking for an engineer who combines strong fullstack expertise with architectural thinking. AI-assisted development tools are part of our daily workflow, but we value engineers who can independently drive technical decisions and build robust, scalable systems.
Your responsibilities
- Work with the engineering, product teams and stakeholders to design, build and ship internal tools that enables more efficient scaling of the company.
- Design and build integrations and adaptations of our smart charging solution, Erinion Connect, for a seamless experience with our strategic accounts’ enterprise systems.
- Fullstack ownership encompassing architecture, technical designs, API development, required user interfaces and production reliability.
- Ensure what you build is production-ready - observable, secure, tested and deployable - without over-engineering for scale that isn’t needed yet.
- Contribute to platform architecture and long-term product evolution.
Your Profile
You are a product-minded fullstack developer who gets things shipped. You are comfortable working on both the backend and frontend side and understand that scalability, quality and user experience are all required for success. You enjoy working close to users and iteratively refine what is needed. Further, you’re pragmatic enough to know when to build something descoped and when to move fast. Agentic coding tools are a natural part of how you work, not something you’re just starting to explore.
We believe you will bring:
- 5+ years of fullstack development experience, with a track record of owning features or tools end-to-end.
- Experience designing and building cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, distributed systems and integration patterns.
- Experience building REST APIs, microservices and event-driven systems.
- Strong experience with Python and/or Node.js (TypeScript) and React.
- Ability to make sound technical and architectural decisions independently.
- Leveraging AI-assisted coding tools in day-to-day development.
- Good communication skills - you will work directly with non-technical internal stakeholders and need to turn fuzzy requirements into well-scoped builds.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Why join Erinion?
At Erinion, you won't just be a part of the change, you'll pioneer it.
- Impact: Work at the forefront of the green transition in heavy transport
- Culture: Join an early-stage company where your ideas are valued, your contributions have a significant impact, and your decisions directly shape the local market
