Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and driven Function Owner for Consent Management to join our R&D team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and securing the efficiency and quality of consent management functionalities throughout the product lifecycle. 

You will work across multiple systems and functions to ensure alignment on legal and regulatory demands, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and technical coordination. 

This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across global teams – particularly in close collaboration with partners and development teams in China.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a key coordinator and driver between multiple departments and system owners to ensure alignment on project objectives. 
  • Secure the quality and verification of consent management functionalities across systems. 
  • Plan, execute, and follow up on certification and validation phases, engaging multiple stakeholders including auditors and regulatory experts. 
  • Collaborate with legal and documentation teams to ensure privacy policies and consent management processes meet all legal requirements. 
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with external R&D organizations, including development teams based in China. 
  • Contribute to building long-term structures and dedicated capabilities for consent management within the organization.

You are a proactive and results-oriented professional with strong coordination and communication skills. You thrive in complex, cross-functional environments and enjoy bringing structure and clarity to projects involving multiple stakeholders and technical domains. 

 

Your Skills and Expertise: 

  • Proven experience in system integration, product verification, or similar coordination roles. 
  • Strong ability to drive alignment and collaboration across departments and international teams. 
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to data privacy and consent management. 
  • Experience working with global stakeholders, preferably including collaboration with China-based development teams. 
  • Skilled in planning, following up, and coordinating complex certification or compliance processes. 
  • Structured, communicative, and solution-oriented with a “can-do” mindset.
