Role Summary
Scania Group is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional specializing in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Learning Management modules to lead and manage these critical systems globally. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor, partnering with the business to design and implement efficient, automated, and standardized processes that enhance Talent Acquisition and Learning functions across 59 countries.
You will play a vital role in ensuring alignment with Scania’s global HR transformation roadmap while staying informed about SAP SuccessFactors updates to deliver smooth rollouts and feature enhancements.
We are looking for a professional with extensive expertise in Talent Management transformation using SAP SuccessFactors in complex, multinational organizations. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies for the assigned modules, contributing to key projects, and ensuring seamless integration into Scania’s broader HR system landscape.
Responsibilities
- Global Leadership & Advisory: Serve as the global strategic advisor for SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment, Onboarding, and Learning Management modules, offering expert-level guidance.
- Talent Acquisition & Learning Transformation: Lead the development and implementation of standardized, automated processes for recruitment, onboarding, and learning management across global operations.
- Best Practices: Ensure Scania’s processes align with global industry standards for Talent Acquisition and Learning Management.
- Module Development: Create and oversee short- and long-term plans for the assigned modules to align with business objectives and SAP’s continuous enhancements.
- Feature Rollout: Monitor SAP SuccessFactors updates and lead the successful implementation of new features and functionality.
- System Transition: Provide strategic input into integrating Recruitment, Onboarding, and Learning modules with existing HR systems and contribute to the decommissioning of legacy systems where applicable.
- Global Standardization: Drive consistency and scalability in Talent Acquisition and Learning processes as part of Scania’s global HR transformation strategy.
- Process Optimization: Promote automation and workflow efficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and learning processes aligned with Scania’s digital HR roadmap.
- Data Insights: Contribute to data governance, reporting, and analytics with a focus on talent acquisition and learning metrics.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with expertise in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Learning Management modules.
- Proven success in leading talent management transformation initiatives within multinational organizations (minimum two end-to-end programs).
- Background in consultancy roles is an advantage, with strong advisory experience.
- Current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules.
- Hands-on experience in workflow optimization and automation (design, configuration, testing, deployment).
- Solid understanding of data governance, reporting, and analytics in the relevant modules.
- Ability to operate in a strategic advisory role and effectively influence global stakeholders.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with SAP point solutions integrated with SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding Management.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
- Practical experience in designing and implementing talent acquisition and learning systems in global organizations.
- Ability to navigate diverse cultural and operational landscapes while ensuring consistency across regions.
