In the journey towards the leader in sustainable transport solutions, we at ENEEP have a very important mission. We are responsible for effectively leading projects within product changes linked to PCR, PCO, DA and DOL to improve product cost, quality and product characteristics in both software and hardware, connected to the eMobility and conventional propulsion powertrain for the TRATON group.

Job Responsibilities


As an Assignment Manager you lead your cross functional working group through the different project phases helping to deliver on time with respect of cost and quality. From defining the scope of the assignment and secure the need resources to implementing the verified solution globally, you will have the mandate and responsibility for planning, budget and implementation of your projects. You will work in a global environment and build a wide network together with production, purchasing, development, testing groups, designers etc.
 

Who You Are


We believe that you have a Master of Science or Bachelor in Engineering or corresponding work experience in SW development, product development, production or purchasing and that you communicate fluently in English. Experience within Scania R&D is a plus but not required. We are looking for a committed and driven individual who love solving problems and have the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges. Good communication skills and flexible leadership are vital since we are acting in a global environment with stakeholders on globally level.

We also believe that you are familiar with agile processes and have a strong customer focus. Together with your working group, you have the task of improve and cost optimize the future and existing end product that we at Traton deliver to our customer. Your working group consists of members with different areas of expertise and you have a holistic perspective with curiosity to understand the important details.
