Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the team here and now and plan for the future
  • Formal managerial tasks, as development plans, performance reviews, salary reviews
  • Create and follow up yearly budgets, incl resource allocation, prototype and serial procurements
  • Develop the team´s competence and recruit new talent to meet current and future business needs
  • Review and approve technical documentation in line with quality and compliance standards
  • Initiate, follow-up and approve daily operations as development activities incl design, testing of prototypes etc

Your profile

  • BSc/MSc in Engineering (or equivalent) 

  • Proven management experience and a team oriented leadership style 

  • Proven record of product development management. 

  • Experience from the following areas: E-mobility, Industrial & Marine applications, working with major Orignial Equipment Manufacturers.  

 

You also believe that electrification is a cornerstone in a sustainable future.

We are a team of 9 dedicated engineers working with electric design, mechanical design and system architecture. The responsibility expands to the interfaces to the commercial and technical organization within Power Solutions, but also to our closest cross-functions within Production, Traton R&D and Scania Industrial Batteries.  

We power a sustainable future across land and sea - where E-mobility is an integrated and important part of the shift.
