IT Project Coordinator

About the job

 

We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator to our domain. This role combines the responsibilities of a Scrum Master for SAP Technology team with broader IT coordination tasks across various projects and operational processes. You will work closely with domain leads, architects, release managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth planning, tracking, and communication. If you're a natural multitasker with strong organizational and Agile expertise, we’d love to have you on board!

 

Responsibilites

 

  • Support IT leads and the team with work planning, follow-up, and maintaining the tasks.
  • Scrum master for selected project domains
  • Coordinate IT governance processes , collaborate with other Scrum Masters, delivery, and service managers on AMS-related topics, ensuring smooth integration and delivery processes.
  • Provide support to the IT leads by helping plan and track processes of tasks.
  • Supporting SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) information governance processes.
  • Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and other key activities by ensuring smooth logistics, coordination, and documentation.

 

Desired Qualifications

 

  • Excellent organizational skills with experience in IT coordination and managing multiple processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working with teams in both project and operational settings.
  • General understanding of SAP architecture, experience from working in SAP projects and/or SAP AMS services is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and an ability to inspire collaboration and teamwork.
