Journey Lead - Solution Sales Journey

The function Presales and Sales Readiness is responsible for Scania’s sales ecosystem and part of Scania’s central Sales & Marketing. With clear targets and an agile mindset, we develop and maintain user-centric applications that touch every aspect of the sales process, from prospecting to product and service configuration to quoting.

The group Solution Sales Journey is focusing on Scania’s main presales and sales flow to provide customer solutions, including both products and services, and the applications serve our Business Units and Dealers globally.

Job Description

As Journey Lead for the solution sales journey you will lead and be responsible for the development of our traditional sales channels including Sales Portal and SCRM (Scania Customer Relationship Management). You will work with both operational and strategic focus to improve our current way of selling considering both process and system development.

In your daily work you will prioritize, align and facilitate activities within the journey team including both business and IT resources. You will also work closely with different stakeholder groups to navigate towards fulfilling Scania’s commercial strategy. A large part of the job is to harmonize different stakeholder needs and ensure an holistic alignment of the different needs.

As a member of the team you will:

  • Take a leading role in the sales journey team by prioritizing, planning, executing and follow-up activities.
  • Work closely with Journey Leads and Product Owners in the pre-sales and sales organisation.
  • Work closely with different stakeholders centrally and in the Business Units.
  • Represent and drive strategic development within your journey.

 

Your Profile

  • Relevant University degree and work experience.
  • Structured and well-organized way of working as well as ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to communicate with senior leaders as well as developers.
  • High motivation, willingness to take own initiatives as well as being a team player.
  • Fluency in English.
