Lead Architect
Scania is looking for the next Lead architect within Identity and access management (IAM).
Scania is a leading company in the transportation services segment, and as a brand in the Traton Group we are delegated a clear responsibility in the IT Area. IT is seen as a crucial part of the whole brand family’s future success.
We are now looking to recruit an enterprise-level lead architect within the area of IAM. Your mission will be to set the direction of future IAM frameworks together with our architects and delivery teams. We are currently leveraging the capabilities of several tools and principles, and we have technical expertise on how to further develop these products. To put it bluntly, we need help developing a clear strategy for our area, we do not need a technical expert in this role. Since you will be highly involved in our future deliveries you would need to have experience of working agile.
You as a person is a leader, you have a good strategic mindset and have a proven track record where you have led large enterprises with strategic architecture. As such you are familiar with one or several of the different Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, SABSA, IASA or Zachman. Even more importantly, you are a leading star within framework of IAM Reference Architecture, and we could give you a detailed list of all the cool tools that we use to enable IAM at Scania, but we would rather discuss the area of IAM, because you are a tool agnostic individual.
As a leader and architect, we truly value your soft skills, collaborating with technical experts and product owners is second nature to you. You can help us by pointing the way and you understand that we need to get there together, as such you are a good communicator, motivator and sometimes mediator. You thrive in a culture where feedback and coaching are considered normal behavior and ideas are exchanged freely and openly.
Since you are fluent in “IAM” you understand that our area goes hand in hand with information security and several regulatory frameworks. We work closely with functions within Scania and are ISO 27001 certified. We therefore assume that you feel comfortable with information security, international standards, and other regulatory frameworks such as NIST2 and DORA that must be considered in our work.
Sound interesting! Please apply as soon as possible, but no later than the 25th of November 2024.
