Role Summary

Our team supports the commercial side of Scania, covering all business areas: Trucks, Electrification, Buses & Coaches, Power Solutions, Services, and Autonomous Solutions. We collaborate closely with markets, regions and stakeholders at Head Office.
Our focus is to support business goals through relevant interventions in the area of Skill & Competence development. This includes behaviour change, process implementation, and product knowledge for new launches.
Within the team, we have two core roles: Learning Specialist and Project Manager. We’re a diverse group in nationality, age, gender and background, with a collaborative mindset. We work in sprints to ensure work balance and leverage each other’s strengths.

As a Learning Specialist, you will take the lead in the andragogical work – collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs and strategic initiatives, designing, planning and delivering learning solutions. Supplier management is a natural part of the work. Learning analytics will be part of your toolbox to ensure relevance and measurable impact.

Your profile

-    Academic background in behavioural science, psychology, pedagogy, communication or a similar field
-    At least 3 years of experience in L&D, with familiarity in digital learning tools, with proven record in creating learning journeys
-    Experience working with data analytics 
-    Fluent in written and spoken English
-    Background in commercial, sales or service roles 
-    Effective communication skills and a creative mindset
