At Erinion, part of the Scania Group, we are leading the global shift towards a more sustainable transport system by shaping the future within charging and e-mobility.

Your role

As Marketing Manager, you will join as the first team member in our Brand, Marketing & Communications function. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and senior stakeholders across Product, Sales and Market teams to execute initiatives.

Your role covers a broad mix of strategic and hands-on work — from shaping brand content and supporting go-to-market planning, to driving projects, coordinating events and press activity, producing sales and marketing materials, and turning ideas into high-quality execution across channels

Your responsibilities

- Develop and localise sales and product content (e.g. one-pagers, case studies, presentations)

- Coordinate the creation and publication of messaging and brand materials

- Support local launches and events in close collaboration with market and sales teams

- Manage and optimise day-to-day content planning for digital channels like LinkedIn

- Contribute to internal and external communications, ensuring consistency across touchpoints

- Lead and coordinate marketing projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment

Your profile

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is structured but creative, and loves to make things happen. You bring a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on content execution, and are excited by the idea of shaping a new brand and contributing to sustainable innovation.

We believe you have:

- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, communications or content roles

- Experience creating sales/marketing content and managing digital channels

- Skilled at working with visual creatives and designing beautiful, on-brand presentations that elevate storytelling and drive engagement.

- Excellent writing skills in English and Swedish

- Experience working with AI tools to support content creation, automation, and campaign execution

- A collaborative mindset and a proactive way of working
