Outbound Project Manager

Role summary
Are you looking for new challenges and want to take on an exciting role where you can combine your skills within Project Management, Supply Chain and automotive then this is something for you! You will play a key part role in the projects connected to Traton and work with the whole Outbound organization for the brands globally.
Responsibilities
As a Traton Project Manager within our Global Outbound team, you will lead key projects focused on the integration and optimization of information flow and technology platforms. Your role will be pivotal in managing projects from inception through to successful implementation, ensuring they deliver value, enhance user experience, and achieve the business goals.
You will lead projects that integrate both agile and waterfall methodologies to suit our dynamic project environments. Your role will involve identifying and resolving bottlenecks and dependencies, as well as prioritizing resources to maximize project benefits. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and align with our strategic objectives, maintaining a balance between big-picture thinking and attention to detail.
In this role you will team up with our the TRATON Outbound team, to shape the present and the future of Scania and TRATON outbound logistics.

Who you are
We are looking for a strategic thinker who thrives in complex projects and uses technology to solve business challenges. You excel at multitasking, conflict resolution, and building consensus across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Project Management, IT, or similar field
- Experience in project management, preferably within logistics or automotive sectors
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and adaptability skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail
- Skilled in conflict resolution and stakeholder alignment
- Excellent presentation, design, and analytical skills
- Understanding of end-to-end outbound logistics processes and cross-functional interfaces
