P&C Manager

 

Scania Credit AB Group (SCA), one of the captive Financial Services entities within TRATON Financial Services, offers cross-border financing and insurance predominantly in the Middle East, Central Asia, and West Africa. SCA has become a leading provider in factoring solutions for non-captive dealers and body-builders, supporting Scania's objectives to reduce CCC.

 

We partner with external credit insurers to mitigate commercial and political risks in critical transactions. SCA is expanding into new markets on a continuous basis.

 

Based in Södertälje, the SCA Head Office and Market Support Centre provides governance, strategic development, credit risk management, contract administration, and IT support. With 40 employees in Södertälje, we manage a portfolio of more than 400 MEUR of assets across 10+ markets.

Role Summary

 

Are you an experienced People & Culture professional who enjoys combining strategic HR work with hands-on execution in an international environment?

 

As P&C Manager, you will play a key role in supporting a growing and transforming organization within Scania Credit AB, soon to become TRATON Finance International AB. You will partner closely with senior leaders, drive the full employee lifecycle, and contribute to organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives. The role has an international scope, with approximately 75% of the focus dedicated to Sweden and 25% supporting Scania Finance Maroc SA, including regular collaboration and travel to Casablanca.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

In this role, you will:

  • Drive and coordinate the full People & Culture agenda, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leadership on organizational development, transformation, labour relations, and people-related matters.
  • Lead and support change management initiatives in a dynamic and evolving international business environment.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture, diversity and inclusion activities while fostering a positive and productive workplace.Coordinate compensation and benefits processes, HR governance, GDPR compliance, and support activities related to Scania Finance Maroc SA. 

 

Who You Are

 

To succeed in this role, you bring:

  • Several years of senior HR experience, ideally from an international, regulated, or complex business environment, with proven experience in change management and organizational transformation.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to balance people, governance, and business needs while building trusted relationships across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, together with a proactive, solution-oriented, and people-centric mindset.
  • Fluency in English. French is highly valued due to the collaboration with Scania Finance Maroc SA, while Swedish is considered an advantage.
  • A genuine passion for continuous improvements, culture building, and supporting leaders and employees through growth and transformation.
