We are now recruiting a seasoned P&C professional to support our Communication & Sustainability organization. This is a great opportunity to work closely with leadership and drive strategic P&C initiatives in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.

 

About the Role

You will play a key role in enabling the Communication & Sustainability organization (approx. 125 employees) to achieve its goals by providing strategic and operational HR support. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring that P&C initiatives align with business objectives and foster an engaging, high-performance culture. You will be part of the P&C Corporate Functions team, which supports the business areas of Communications & Sustainability, CEO Functions and Finance & Business Control. Our team of 7 P&C professionals is highly engaged, working together in a culture built on trust, psychological safety, and a strong passion for People and Culture topics.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Advise and coach senior leaders on people strategies, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Drive key P&C processes such as talent management, succession planning, and performance development.
  • Shape leadership capabilities, fostering a high-performing and engaged culture.
  • Lead change initiatives that drive growth, agility, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies while proactively managing employment relations.
  • Collaborate with P&C colleagues to share best practices and continuously evolve our ways of working.

Who You Are

You bring extensive experience as P&C Manager, P&C Business Partner, or in a similar strategic P&C role, you have developed a strong foundation in talent management, leadership development, and organizational change. You are a confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build trust and influence leaders at all levels. Analytical and business-driven, you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can translate business needs into effective HR strategies. Your academic background includes a degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluency in English is essential.
