PD Project Manager - Vehicle Service Information

Role Summary

We offer a position in an organization that provides both insight and involvement in the customer value we deliver. Right now, we are in an exciting phase as we intensify collaboration within TRATON. Our work involves coordinating with the main development flow in R&D to ensure the right quality from a service perspective.

 

As a project manager, you support the teams in delivering results. Your contribution includes coordination, structure, process management and problem-solving. Communication is essential, as you are expected to report status and represent the project both internally and to other departments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the team in organizing, monitoring and executing current and future projects related to vehicle service information
  • Work closely with various cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of service information
  • Overall delivery planning towards deadlines
  • Analyze and present consequences of deviations from plan
  • Act on and escalate risks and deviations for the project
  • Actively participate in planning and other specialist tasks to support the team’s goals

Who You Are

  • You have an engineering degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • You have previous experience as a project leader preferably from product development projects. Experience from Scania project management is extra meritorious.
  • You are fluent in English and Swedish.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where both agile and traditional development methods are used.
  • Experience and knowledge in agile methods.
  • You can see the big picture and help the organization prioritize and improve work methods and processes when needed.

Our department plays a central role by providing the information, tools and systems required to maintain, diagnose, repair, and upgrade transport solutions in a safe, high-quality and cost-effective manner.

 

We also have an important role in product development by offering expert knowledge and support to design in order to ensure appropriate solutions from a service perspective and, ultimately, to give Traton workshop network the conditions needed to maximize the availability of our transport solutions.
