•    Proven intrapreneurship skills and the ability to take ownership and drive projects to completion.
•    Experience in coordinating agile projects and working within VCTs (SAFe).
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding creative solutions.

•    Maturity and a strong sense of ownership.

•    Leading the charge in developing and implementing innovative solutions.
•    Collaborating with various departments to meet business needs and exceed customer expectations.
•    Taking accountability for project deliveries and ensuring top-notch quality.
•    Engaging in creative problem-solving to tackle business challenges.
•    Coordinating agile projects and working within Value Creation Teams (VCTs) using the SAFe framework.
•    Traveling to markets and interacting with different levels of the organization to gather insights and drive improvements.
