Our team (ENEEP) play a key role in Scania’s mission to become a leader in sustainable transport solutions. Our goal is to efficiently guide projects related to PCR (Product Change Request), PCO (Product Cost Optimization), DA, and DOL (Design On Line) to enhance product cost, quality, and features across both software and hardware for the eMobility and traditional propulsion powertrain within the TRATON group.

 

 

Your responsibilities

 

As an Assignment Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team through each phase of a project, ensuring on-time delivery while upholding cost and quality standards. From defining the assignment's scope and securing the necessary resources to implementing the verified solution globally, you will have the authority and responsibility for planning, budgeting, and executing your projects.

You will collaborate with various departments, including production, procurement, engineering, testing, and design, to build a wide network and foster strong relationships. Your role will be pivotal in driving sustainability and innovation within the team.

 

 

Your Profile

 

We seek a committed, adaptable individual with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience in software development, product development, production, or purchasing. Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in Swedish is a plus. Previous experience within Scania R&D is beneficial but not required.

You excel in a fast-paced, global environment, navigating different cultures and backgrounds with ease. Your strong communication skills and flexible leadership approach enable you to guide cross-functional teams toward success. Familiarity with agile methodologies and a customer-centric focus will support you in optimizing the existing and future products we deliver to our customers.

With a holistic perspective and attention to detail, you collaborate with your team to drive cost-effective, innovative solutions. Your ability to adapt to change and handle uncertainty with resilience helps you excel in this role.
