Role Summary
To support our challenge of introducing all the parts and related processes needed in Production & Logistics, we will need to handle a large amount of data, to monitor status and take decisions such as, re-planning, changing sourcing strategies, finding backup plans, or designing temporary solutions. Therefore, we are looking for a project coordinator to monitor ongoing activities, develop new processes and support the business in various tasks.
Job Responsibilities
As Project Coordinator you will act as the bridge between the P&L organisation in China and cross functions in Sweden. You will track and give input to ongoing initiatives to improve processes. You will also work hands on with problem solving and data analysis.
We work closely with the Production & Logistics, Procurement and R&D teams in Europe & Asia, in its various functions and with various stakeholder groups. The environment is dynamic and the tasks and scope might change over time as the project proceeds and the needs changes.
Who You Are
- 2-4 years of professional experience in production or logistics in automotive industry
- Previous experience from Scania and the implementation of Scania’s third industrial hub in China
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Batchelor or master’s degree in relevant area
You can easily work both in teams as well as deliver results on your own. You are fluent in the English and Mandarin language, both written and spoken. You are a positive, driven, structured, analytical, and communicative person with a talent for connecting with new people. You easily see the big picture and understand the details, are constructive, see new opportunities, and take initiatives for improvements. You have previous experience of working in projects and can handle and prioritize between several tasks at the same time.
