Role Summary

 

As an Agile Team member with focus Release Coordination, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team called EE Integration, a key team within Traton R&D enabling Value Creation Team (VCT) EE Integration & Test. You will contribute to the team’s mission to guide, support, and visualize embedded integration points and milestones, driving the delivery of safe, secure, and high-quality EE architectures. 


In addition to enabling to product development, you will help shape our global change and release methods while fostering a collaborative and enjoyable work environment. As a member of an Agile team, you bring deep expertise in coordination and release management, while also contributing across integration & testing deliveries. Moreover, you will contribute to the mission of the Test Management & Integration organization: To enable efficient, quality-driven releases of customer applications within the Traton Modular System.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Your responsibilities as part of the team:

 

  • Lead Pre-PI planning coordination across Value Coordination Flow (VCF), prioritizing and aligning Change Request (CR) content to ensure readiness and feasibility from systemization to integration and verification.
  • Organize and facilitate key meetings and ceremonies within the release process.
  • Act as a central coordination point for function architects, technical system owners, vehicle function owners, and flow roles such as Release Train Engineers, Product Managers, and Scrum Masters.
  • Continuously improve our release process operations, including documentation, task tracking, and team enablement 
  • Monitor integration points and visualize progress toward embedded milestones.
  • Create high-level embedded milestone plans that act as pull mechanisms, ensuring synchronized function delivery across multiple projects and development streams.

 

Who You Are

 

You are a structured and service-minded team player who thrives in coordinating complex deliveries across teams. With strong organizational and communication skills, you ensure alignment and transparency throughout the process. You take ownership, navigate ambiguity, and enable others to succeed.
You have experience in embedded systems development, preferably within the automotive industry, and are fluent in Jira. Experience with Confluence, OAS, and Lean Agile ways of working is a plus.
