SAP (Lead) Solution Architect for Source to Pay

Role Summary
We are looking for an SAP (Lead) Solution Architect in the Source to Pay area to join our team, with an interest in business change development and world-class IT deliveries. An important part of the change in the IT landscape will be deliveries based on SAP. As an SAP (Lead) Solution Architect, you will be a member of the Scania IT team at Digital Core. Scania is undergoing a major business transformation for industrial operations, building the Industrial ERP backbone based on SAP S/4HANA, while TRATON is enabling common source-to-contract processes and a TRATON procurement platform. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a more data-centric, modular IT landscape with a single source of truth for Scania and TRATON.
Job Responsibilities
You will be involved in setting up and enhancing the global template and driving activities in ongoing and upcoming project releases for direct and indirect procurement. You will also lead initiatives to explore available SAP products in the Source to Pay area and identify potential fits for Scania and TRATON. In these projects, you will be at the forefront of designing architecture based on process requirements, application needs, and the system landscape. You will guard the integrity of the solution, keep it close to standard, and when required analyze and define requirements for customer-specific development or integration needs. You will also support the review process and contribute to the change process.
Who You Are
• 5+ years of experience in the SAP Source to Pay area.
• Knowledge and understanding of business processes linked to source to contract, procure to receive, and invoice to pay.
• Experience in each phase of the complete project lifecycle for direct and indirect procurement.
• Implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA is desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP Central Procurement Hub, Product Sourcing, SAP ECM, Icertis, VIM, and integration to internal and external systems would be an advantage.
• SAP BTP experience would be an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, IT, and IT suppliers.
• Holistic thinking combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
• Experience from the automotive industry would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Swedish is an added plus, and candidates living in Sweden or another European country are preferred.
