About the job
We are seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Manager to lead and manage the cutover activities for a critical SAP deployment. This role involves detailed planning, coordination, and execution of all cutover activities across multiple streams, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-production to post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP cutover processes, strong project management skills, and the ability to communicate and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Desired qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in IT project management or related roles, with at least 3 years specializing in cutover activities for large-scale implementations.
- Proven experience managing complex cutover plans for enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, or infrastructure projects), experience in SAP is a plus.
- Proficiency in cutover management tools and methodologies.
- Good understanding of data migration, system integration, and IT infrastructure fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and managing risks related to system cutover activities.
- Familiarity with change management practices and tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements or unexpected issues.
