SAP Senior Super User - Battery Production
Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
In Battery Production we have installed high volume series production of Battery packs, Modules, two prototype lines for batteries and a line for the series production of VCB cables. We are in a phase where we train and build competence to manufacture Battery packs, Modules and cabling for tomorrow's e-mobility products.
SAP Senior EWM Super User
The electrification trend within the automotive business is moving rapidly. For us, this means that we need to prepare for ramping up the production of electric vehicles and help Scania to be sustainable. One major component of electrical vehicles is the Battery.
Included is building a new factory to produce batteries for electrical vehicles. This new plant will work with fully automated equipment for production and logistics. In this new plant, SAP is being implemented to support logistics, finance and material planning processes. The implementation is ongoing and will be completed within the coming months. We are therefore looking for a new colleague to strengthen our SAP warehousing team within the battery factory.
In the role as a SAP super user, you will work with run & maintain of the existing SAP implementation at the battery production unit. This means to support our users in problem solving on daily basis in accordance with our escalation model. You will also work in project and initiatives with mapping of demands of changes, testing, training and implementations. Have a holistic view of our current situation in our IS/IT landscape and coordinate improvements by reporting incidents and change requests. You need to have interest in IS/IT applications, system architecture and competence in SAP.
This is a cross-functional role and you represent the business and require therefore that you are service minded and find interest into collaborate with other departments like; logistics, production, manufacturing engineering but also to other production units within the company. In this recruitment We searching for a person with more senior background that can have E2E perspective also understanding and knowledge in MES, SCADA and PLC layer in combination with SAP in our factory.

Your profile

We are looking for you with a relevant educational or work experience background, however, earlier experience in SAP EWM - beneficial. You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English, and are used to working in Office 365. But the most important thing is that you have the right will, the right drive, and the right interest in developing yourself, together with your colleagues and the business.
Your main tasks
- Identify, plan and lead the SAP improvements within logistics and production
- Inform and train end-users within agreed area (for example PRU, BU, department etc)
- Coordinate within agreed area when there are disruptions
- Give support to end-users concerning how to use the application
- Perform user acceptance (UAT) and other tests within agreed time period
- Change impact analysis, business requirement, proved trainings and take part in Go-live activities.
- Prioritize change requests from business perspective
- Forward support cases and incidents to Scania IT through Service Desk
- Translate deviations and improvements to a functional specifications in JIRA (CRs)
- Run pulse meetings
