Senior HR Business Partner, Research & Development

TRATON R&D 

 

The TRATON Research & Development (R&D) organization is going through a major transformation with the target to become an even stronger Group by completing the establishment of a worldwide Group R&D organization. We will set ourselves up to be able to deliver the time-critical Group R&D roadmap fully and to fulfill the high expectations to deliver outstanding customer value and drive effectiveness. This enables us to secure competitiveness in our business, in other words win market positions and ensure that Group R&D is a strong business partner for TRATON Group and the brands (Scania, MAN, INTERNATIONAL, Volkswagen Truck & Bus). We are now looking for a new colleague within People & Culture, who wants to join the Group R&D HR change journey.

The team in Sweden today consist of individuals with different experiences, competencies, strengths, interests, age and gender. Our days consists of a mix of individual work together with great teamwork that´s based on trust, openness, commitment and most important – joy and laughter! When our business allows you can work both from home and at our offices in Södertälje and Stockholm. 

 

 

Your role 

As our colleague you will truly work in an environment where Scania´s future is taking shape and be part of an organization where we´re in the front seat driving the shift. This combined with the roll-out of new ways of working and the collaboration with TRATON Group will give you the opportunity to be involved in something bigger than we have ever encountered before. 

As we believe that you have broad HR experience you have a good overview of the daily tasks as an HRBP working close to the business. Except for this, we have lead areas distributed within the team to secure progress and own personnel development in different areas such as Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Competence Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Global Mobility, SHE etc. 

 

 

Your profile 

You have the ability to work in a consultative way which strongly contributes to the business. You are able to deliver by reaching strategic targets as well as in operational tasks and you are driven by continuous learning and development. Communicating in English and Swedish comes naturally, and you feel confident speaking in public. You have an academic background within HR or comparable working experience in the field. Prior experience of working as a HRBP for 5-7 years is a must and prior experience of Success Factor is a plus.
