We have an exciting opportunity to join Scania´s global HSE organisation for a role in the area of work environment management Sweden. The organisation has focus on governance within the field of HSE on corporate, global, and local levels – a world-wide scope for all businesses. The head office is located in Södertälje, but the organization is represented at the production sites in Oskarshamn, Luleå, within Zwolle in the Netherlands and Angers in France.

Position Overview

You will be part of a dedicated team where ideas and innovation are encouraged. We work together to find the best solutions and grow as individuals and as an organization. You will have a role in our team leading the work environment steering at Scania in Sweden. The team take lead, develope and coordinate within governance structure, statistic, reporting and compliance in the Swedish legislation.

 

Some of the main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop, manage and maintenance the Scania's work environment process and handbook.
  • Develop, manage and maintenance the legal compliance process for Sweden
  • Work with ISO 45001
  • Development and implementation of training
  • Collaboration with working teams and Scania stakeholders, towards Our vision Scania Care – Zero Harm.
  • Participate in internal networks and co-work within the Swedish and global structure.
  • Collaborate with relevant industry colleagues and representing Scania in networks.
  • Provide expert knowledge in compliance with current legislation, policy and methods together with the stakeholders ensuring adherence to relevant methods etc.
  • Be a part of the communication of relevant information and material and guidelines via our intranet.
  • Work with statistics

Qualifications

  • Adequate education as a Work environment engineer, or corresponding in the field relevant for the position.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Competence in ISO 45001 work environment management system standard
  • Experience of forming organizational and administrative structures and processes.
  • Experience in method development and processes.
  • Competence in Swedish and European Health & Safety legislation.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
     

Meritorious

  • Good knowledge with relevant IT tools and pedagogical tools.
