In our Finance IT team, we ensure that our IT services support and enhance financial processes, driving efficiency and business success. We are now looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager with Agile Project Management expertise to strengthen our team.

Role Summary

As an IT Service Delivery Manager – Finance IT, you will take the lead in managing and improving IT services for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This role is a unique combination of service delivery management, stakeholder collaboration, process optimization, and Agile project leadership.

You will ensure that IT services run smoothly, meet business needs, and continuously improve. Partnering with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders, you will drive innovation, ensure compliance, and optimize service performance. Job Responsibilities

IT Service Delivery & Performance

• Oversee end-to-end IT service delivery for Finance IT systems.
• Ensure system availability, performance, and alignment with business needs.
• Monitor and manage SLAs, KPIs, and service quality.
• Implement incident and problem management strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Agile methodologies.

Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Lead IT support teams, fostering high-quality service and operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact between IT and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate clear communication between IT teams, vendors, and internal customers.
• Manage customer expectations and handle escalations proactively.

Vendor & Compliance Management

• Collaborate with external IT vendors to ensure service excellence.
• Align vendor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with business requirements.
• Ensure IT services comply with security, governance, and regulatory standards.
• Identify and mitigate IT-related risks to safeguard service stability.

Agile Project Management

• Work closely with project teams to drive Agile execution and collaboration.
• Define project goals, roadmaps, and deliverables.
• Adapt to evolving business needs while maintaining IT service stability.

Who You Are

We are looking for a strategic and forward-thinking leader with a passion for IT service excellence and Agile project management. You have a strong technical foundation, leadership skills, and a problem-solving mindset. You bring:

• A degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Experience in IT support and service management, preferably in the finance sector.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions, IT security, infrastructure, and integrations.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams toward success.
• Experience managing projects using Agile principles and working methods.
• Familiarity with finance systems, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable (preferred).
• Proficiency in English for effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
