Role Summary
In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert within the Skill Capture domain, contributing to the operations of Skill Capture, e.g. maintenance of the Skill Capture resources and material, contribute to trainings, development, coordination, and continuous improvement of Skill Capture frameworks, methods, and ways of working.
You will work closely with stakeholders in People & Culture, mainly in connection to the COE Leadership, Culture and Skill Capture.
This is a fixed-term, part-time role (50%) until w28, suitable for someone who combines strong domain knowledge with a collaborative and structured way of working.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Act as a subject matter expert within Skill Capture, contributing to frameworks, methods, and guidance
- Support the integration of Skill Capture into organisational change, transformation initiatives, and people processes
- Collaborate with P&C, business representatives, and other SMEs to align Skill Capture with leadership, culture, and people sustainability priorities
- Provide expert support, communication material, and learning content related to Skill Capture
- Contribute to follow-up, insights, and continuous improvement based on business needs and feedback
- Participate in relevant communities, forums, and cross-functional initiatives within the domain

Qualifications
- Academic degree or equivalent relevant experience, preferably with D&I focus
- Experience within People & Culture, organisational development, learning, capability development, or similar fields
- Experience working in a cross-functional or matrix organisation
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English; Swedish is an advantage
