The TRATON AB office, located in Södertälje consists of experienced colleagues with various backgrounds and nationalities from all TRATON Group brands, representing Group Functions for all brands e.g. Group Product Management, Group Production and Group Finance. We enjoy solving strategic problems cross functional and cross brand in the TRATON Group. Group Production Strategy team have two roles. Lead the Group P&L strategy development including the Executive decision forums. We also actively support and provide a P&L voice in the development of Group Product Management activities. You are part of the Group Production Strategy team, to develop our process and coordinate our activities going forward.

YOUR JOB

• Support developing the organization for the Group Production and Logistic with a Strategic group governance structure and common processes
• Monitoring and organizing our yearly cyclic strategic activities. Thereby prioritizing and managing multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
• Prepare and develop decision templates and presentations on Board and Top Management level, including creating, gathering and verifying content
• Project work on strategic relevant projects and processes
• Close cooperation with managers and executive assistants within the TRATON Group
• Proactive initiation of measures (e.g. uniform documents, process descriptions, committee landscape) to optimize the communication flow and information channels

YOUR SKILLS

• You have a functional experience from Production and Logistic minimum 3-5 years. You have gained cross functional experience from projects or common development activities. Furthermore you are good to network and understand the role of P&L in cross brand and cross functional collaboration.
• You have shown leadership skills e.g. in projects and are experienced in process development work, preferably in an international environment
• In this role you need to drive different topics and steer activities independently, so ability to prioritize and take decisions is of importance. You also need to be creative and manage various levels of challenges within the area Production Strategy development.
• We are looking for someone who is ambitious and driven and used to close collaboration with senior managers
• Strong analytical skills, resilience and a proactive mind-set are required as well as being a team-player with strong collaboration abilities and communication skills
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) is required, other languages are welcome
• You enjoy being part of a big network within the Group, where you are collaborate on a daily basis, looking for improvements and were you can bring in your ideas
