Our team is now expanding automation of test activities and is on an exciting journey supporting our markets.

As a Test Manager you will: 

• Shape and lead the Test Team in close cooperation with our Team Lead for Deployment & Test and local market stakeholders
• Be a change agent, with focus on automation 
• Support our markets by providing high quality test automation collaborating cross functionally
• Drive the Test function by;
• Applying strategic direction of the business 
• Deliver Automated End to End Regression testing for our core applications Asset Finance, D365 and ICH using Tricentis Tosca
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases 
• Support implementation projects by leading and managing the testing activities throughout the project lifecycle, including test estimation, resource allocation, test execution, and defect management
• Communicate test progress, test results, and testing-related issues or risks to project stakeholders
• Ensure regression tests are performed according to plan
• Support upgrades and Disaster recovery activities
• Manage test cases and scripts to ensure our regression testing cover market requirements, are well documented and reflect how the business work
• Set and continuously improve our process for verifying the quality of test cases and incorporate testing in the Change Management process. 

About you
You have a pragmatic way of working and a can-do attitude. You have the capability to evaluate, prioritise and act in order to ensure sustainable and robust solutions, that can evolve over time. As a person you are a collaborative team player and you are confident leading virtual teams and resources across our brands and with our Service Providers. You also have;

• Proven leadership skills to build confidence and drive change
• 6+ years of experience in software testing
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes
• Solid understanding of different testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Agile software development methodologies is a plus
• Knowledge and experience of automation
• A good understanding of market needs and financial services is a plus
• Experience from working with outsourced solutions
• Fluency in English (essential)
• Change management skills
• Experience from multi-cultural and cross-functional cooperation
